When you purchase your ticket(s) online, postage is included. Please ensure your postal address is included in the appropriate fields during the Buy Tickets Online procedure.
Online bookings are usually process and posted the next working day. Should your tickets go astray in the mail, or you lose your tickets, please contact Noosa Arts Theatre for replacement tickets (please bring a printed copy of the invoice for identification at the time of collection).
The postage fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, except where Noosa Arts Theatre refuses to post your tickets.
